Hunters Creek Homes Association is transitioning to professional management with National Realty Partners effective June 1.
Effective immediately, volunteer Board members are not processing new disclosure packet requests, resale document requests, dues status requests, escrow instructions, closing-related questions, or other real estate transaction inquiries during the transition period.
Beginning June 1, all disclosure packet and resale transaction inquiries should be directed to National Realty Partners.
Please Plan Ahead
Disclosure packet requests are a routine part of the real estate transaction process. Realtors, title companies, settlement agents, sellers, and buyers should plan accordingly and allow adequate time for processing.
Last-minute requests, rush requests, repeated status inquiries, or closing emergencies caused by delayed submission or transaction planning issues will not be handled by HCHA volunteers during the transition.
HCHA is moving these matters to professional management so that resale and closing-related requests are handled through the proper management process rather than by volunteer Board members.
