We live on Pembrook St at the top of the hill and want to put a shed in the back yard for extra storage. Problem is that according to the covanents the shed can be no closer than 15' from the house. Our problem is the only close to level ground is next to the back of the garage. Everything else in our back yard a HUGE drop-off since we are the top of the hill. What is the process for applying for a variance on putting the shed closer to the house?
