Who maintains the sidewalks?
Hi, Hunter's Creek neighbors:
I have noticed that most people trim and weed the sidewalks in front of their properties, even the corner lots. However, some people don't. Whose responsibility is this? Property owners or the Town of Herndon?

Hello!
I'm pretty sure that property owners are responsible for trimming and weeding the sidewalks in front of their property. We're also responsible for shoveling snow off our sidewalks in the winter :)
Of course, if the sidewalk itself is broken, that's up to the Town of Herndon to fix.
I could be wrong, though. I'm not speaking on behalf of Hunters Creek.
